Wooden material imported to the factory with imported oven at a rate of 10%-13% and then the etching at sizes of 5x10 cm is done and next stage is being grilled for a second dry air for 60 days. If there is no problem occurred in the wooden profile at the end of 60 days, it means that it is suitable for the system, it gets sized and shaped accordingly to the system necessities. An integrity is created by inserting the wood shaped exclusively for the profiles to the special aluminum insertion channels with polyurethane foam. A composite material is obtained by inserting it to a press for 24 hours. Case profile turns into a product after the scaling of the wooden profile that is inserted into the paint formed aluminum profile and wing profile is cut at the angles of 45 and 90, it turns into a product after this process.
The reason why the wooden part is on the inner surface and the aluminum part is on the outer part is for the reason to expose the aluminum parts to the external effects in order to prevent wooden from being deteriorated because of external effects and it provides a very long maintenance free life. As a matter of fact, wood which is exposed to the effects of wetting-drying gets easily worn out. In well-ventilated and moisture-free environments, wood can withstand up to 1000 years as seen in historical buildings and furniture that are not exposed to the outer surfaces.
Wood is also superior in insulating sound and sound insulation is based on mass of the surface. Wood is ideal for sound absorption. Wood provides noise insulation by absorbing eco and noise. Thus, it is mostly used in concert halls. The speed of sound transmission in the wood faster than the speed that occurs in the gases and liquids, but it is very near to speed that occurs in metal. Loss of sound energy caused by friction is also because of lightness of wood and it is also significantly lower in relation to it structure.
Due to the similar features, wood is mostly used in the production of musical instruments. Wood does not attract dust, it acts as akin of moisture regulator by absorbing and releasing the moisture in the space. Thanks to its air-filled cells that prevents the transfer the heat of wood, it provides higher thermal insulation than alternative materials. The thermal conductivity of the wood is at very low values such as 0.13 W/mK.
