PRODUCTION METHODS

• The external façade aluminum profile raw material used in the system, AA 6063 T5 or AlMgSi 0,5 F 22 is produced in compliance with the relevant Turkish Standard 4922 and DIN norms (Din 17615) and TS 4922 and is painted in 180 different tones and wood pattern with electrostatic paint (min 60 microns).
• The wooden part on the internal side is made of imported extra – kiln dried, impregnated, fully massive timber.
• The internal section of the aluminum is made composite by snapping massive wood profile on U shaped canals and by gluing it with a special resin and then pressing it.
• The interlocked wooden and aluminum material constitutes an integrated whole.
• Since massive wood is an operating material, it is converted into laminated massive timber consisting of 2 or 3 parts at the production stage in order to prevent its operation.
• On the window and door system, which has specially designed press - EPDM washers, water leakage is prevented even without the external roving thanks to the special water discharge canals designed by ALKOSAN.
• A smooth and perfect surface is obtained on the wood thanks to the special grinding technique at the stage of production. Thanks to the imported paints made of the resin of wood, which do not clog the pores of the wooden surface, the wood allows your internal spaces breathe. (on – demand and special color choice in 18 different tons) The wooden double glazing moldings are assembled to each other with special adapters instead of nails or screws. By this way, the negative affects of nails and screws are eliminated. The wooden double glazing moldings are joined to produce a whole at the assembly area and placed in their seats in this form. By this way, the openings and deformations that may occur on the joint corners of double – glaze moldings are prevented at the stage of production.
